Introduction of one-way clutch
Time:2019.08.23 Source: Clicks:

The one-way clutch is composed of an outer race, an inner race, a cage, and a wedge. When the inner race is fixed, the outer race rotates the wedge counterclockwise without locking, and the outer race can rotate freely; when the outer race rotates clockwise, the wedge locks and the outer race cannot rotate

The role of the cage is to make the wedge always tilt slightly in the direction of the locking outer race to enhance the locking function of the wedge.

The one-way clutch has two modes of motion: torque transmission or engagement; idling or overtaking;
